Business finance $100k–$2m — one broker, never resold — Auquire
Auquire. Business finance · Australia

Business finance · Australia

We connect you with someone who knows the right financier according to your situation.

It’s never a no from us. We work the case.

“No” is never the answer.

A bank saying no is one lender’s credit policy, not the market’s. We introduce you to one licensed broker who writes business files and actually works the case — and we don’t close your file after one no.

Why a profitable business still gets a no

A lender doesn’t assess what your business earned. It assesses your taxable income — what is left after every deduction your accountant correctly claimed. So the better the job they did on your tax, the smaller the number a bank is willing to lend against.

Reinvested profit, lumpy months and an ATO payment plan are ordinary business. On a bank’s form each one reads as risk. And the majors will usually take weeks to tell you, without saying which part failed.

Business lending is a wide market. Specialist and non-bank financiers assess a business file on different criteria to the majors — which is why it is worth finding out where you stand before another application goes anywhere.

How it works

  1. You tell us the scenario About a minute

What’s going on, what you want to do and roughly how much. No documents, and nothing we do touches your credit file.

  2. We pass it to one broker Never resold

One licensed finance broker who writes business files receives your details. No other broker or lender does.

  3. The broker contacts you Phone, SMS or email

Ask for their name and their Australian Credit Licence or credit representative number. You can check it on ASIC’s register.

  4. You decide what happens next Your call

Whether you go any further is entirely up to you. Nothing is payable to Auquire at any stage. Any fee a broker charges must be disclosed to you before you go ahead, so ask for it.

What we won’t do

  • Run a credit check.
  • Sell your enquiry to more than one broker, or resell it later.
  • Charge you anything.
  • Promise an approval, a rate or a saving.

Plenty of lead sites send one enquiry to several brokers at once. Every line here is something you can hold us to.

Questions

Does this affect my credit file?

No. Sending this form doesn’t trigger a credit enquiry — you’re describing a situation, not applying for anything. A credit enquiry happens only when you formally apply to a lender, and that is your decision to make with the broker.

Do I need financials or tax returns?

Not to send this. Nothing is uploaded here. What a lender eventually asks for depends on the facility and the lender — the broker will tell you what applies to your file.

What if I have ATO debt, a default, or I’ve been knocked back?

Say so on the form. It is the single most useful thing you can tell us, because it decides which lenders are worth approaching at all. We don’t turn enquiries away.

How many brokers will call me?

One. Your enquiry goes to a single licensed finance broker and we never resell it. Ask them for their name and their credit licence or credit representative number — you can check it yourself on ASIC’s register.

What does Auquire charge me?

Nothing, at any stage. The broker pays us a flat fee for the introduction, whether or not you go ahead. That is exactly why your details only ever go to one of them. Any fee a broker charges you must be disclosed to you before you proceed.

Is Auquire a lender?

No. Auquire is an introduction service. We are not a lender, not a broker, and we don’t give credit advice or recommend products. We can’t promise an approval, a rate or a timeframe — only that your enquiry goes to one licensed broker and nowhere else.
